Public consultation on the Nature and Spatial Concept of technical actions completed

From 16 to 31 January 2023, public consultations were held on the Nature and Spatial Concept of technical actions (C1-C4) concerning the construction of small retention facilities – damming thresholds on the Łasica and Zaborowski canals, together with channel naturalisation, as part of the ‘Kampinos WetLIFE’ LIFE19 NAT/PL/000746 project.

Seventeen comments were received from, among others, PGW Wody Polskie, the Leoncin Municipality and the social side – Polish Society for the Protection of Birds (OTOP), Birdlife Polska. All comments were taken into account in the final version of the Concept.

In addition, the Concept was submitted to the project Steering Committee, which gave a positive opinion.
